При установке стабильно вылетала ошибка:
DPM Setup was unable to share the folder [InstallLocation]\Temp as MTATempStore$.
Review the error details, take the appropriate action, and then run DPM Setup again.

лечение – вручную добавить на фаерволе (даже если он отключен) правила для File and Printer Sharing / Inbound Rules
запускаем wf.msc, добавляем правила.
